Professional, on time, quick, and efficient service. I called and Richard was quick to respond. He had Gabriel show up rather quickly, within the time discussed. Gabriel assessed the garage door and knew right away what was wrong. He showed us the broken spring and was able to change the broken spring quickly. Our garage door is working perfectly. I will highly recommend their services to anyone.

What an amazing experience with Richard Perez and company, everything was top notch starting with my initial email to them to their completing the work yesterday. Richard answered all of my questions and Danny came out to provide the estimate, I had everything (garage door and motor) replaced and was amazed by the price and the quality of the materials. Our garage door failed to open this morning, after calling Idoor with no answer, I immediately received a text….while they could not talk live due to their location they texted. Within 10 minutes and very courteous communication we booked a noon repair. The service technician was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, corrected our issue, and was quite fun to talk to! The work was completed quickly, Gorky priced, and the garage door is SILENT after the repair and maintenance. We can’t recommend this company enough, they're honest, timely, and professional.

Very professional, responsive and friendly, I would give more stars if i could! Called on a Friday and explained everything and that I may need a new garage door opener, and an appointment was setup for Saturday morning. Danny the repair/installation expert called to let me know he was on his way and was here at the time promised, with a replacement opener ready if needed.
